How do I get my W-2 form?

IRS W-2 forms will be available within Workday.

If you are unable to access Workday to download your form, please contact our HR team at 1-800-624-7090.

When will my W-2 form be available?

IRS W-2 forms will be available online, within Workday, no later than January 31. If you selected to receive your W-2 via the mail, the forms will be postmarked January 31.

I didn't receve my W-2, how do I get a copy?

Log into Workday to print a copy of your W-2 form.

I worked at more than one Whataburger restaurant, will I receive multiple W-2 forms?

As long as all hours worked were for corporate Whataburger restaurants, you will only receive one W-2 form. However, if you also worked for a franchise location you will receive a W-2 from that organization as well.

How do I get access to my payslips?

Payslips for 2024 are located within Workday. If you need payslips prior to 2024, you must access those at PaperlessEmployee.com. For additional assistance, please call our HR team at 1-800-624-6090.

What if I need help logging into Paperless Employee?

W-2s prior to 2024 are available at PaperlessEmployee.com. If you need help logging in, please call our HR team at 1-800-624-7090.

Where, or how, do I log into Workday?

Current Family Members: Use your authenticated Whataburger credentials. Log in HERE.

Former Family Members: Log into your Workday account using your employee ID number. Log in HERE. If you have forgotten your employee ID, please call our Human Resources team at 1-800-624-7090, option 1.

I'm a former Family Member, how can I reset my Workday password?

Former Family Members have limited access to Workday using your Whataburger employee ID number. Use the password reset feature HERE to log on. If you have forgotten your employee ID, please call our Human Resources team at 1-800-624-7090, option 1.

I'm a current Family Member and I'm locked out of Workday (or other Whataburger systems), who can help me?

Current Family Members can reset passwords using the Whataburger self service password reset tool. Click HERE to reset your password. If you need additional assistance, call our Contact Center at 210-476-6600.
